Like my friend Winn Schwartau who wrote THE BOOK on the subject, I’ve been a
strong proponent of Time Based Security for years. Finding a vendor who figured this
out – that is, to get one step ahead of the threat – to beat it by milliseconds – well,
clearly I found a winner at the show this year. Yarai’s approach to layered defense will
eliminate the most advanced cyber- attacks before they begin. While it’s still early
stages of US entry, FFRI has a mature deployment in Japan and an Enterprise
Management Console to easily manage and deploy in both Enterprise and SMB
environments. Integration to third party SIEM tools is also supported.
We all know how fluid and dynamic networks and endpoints have become. Your
endpoints are the most vulnerable part of your network so going for a next generation
approach makes the most sense to me. Reducing the risks of successful exploitation
will help you go from IT hero to IT Superhero with a solution like Yarai. Stay tuned for
more on this company and technology in upcoming editions of Cyber Defense Magazine
as we keep a keen eye on this market disruptor and innovator.
