The holding of this case could potentially dictate in limited instances, how an individual could
be guilty of assault simply by modifying the intended use of a platform such as Twitter, to cause
physical harm or even deadly harm to another individual. This case provides a situation where a
social media platform was modified into being used as an instrument for psychological warfare
through cyberspace.
