Mr. Nguyen joined CSG in 2013 after serving as Vice President for Cyber Solutions for Knowledge Consulting Group (KCG). While at KCG, Mr. Nguyen grew the commercial cyber business more than 200% in two years. He also led the company’s efforts to become one of the first FedRAMP-certified third- party assessment organizations. Mr. Nguyen built KCG’s cyber attack and penetration division to focus on federal and commercial customers and established key partnerships with organizations such as Rapid7. He was responsible for the development of many leading-edge solution offerings in the KCG cyber portfolio. Prior to KCG, Mr. Nguyen served as Director of Federal Solutions for Neohapsis, where he led the development of its comprehensive federal practice. While Mr. Nguyen was serving as the federal chief information security officer at the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency, he was the recipient of the first Federal Computer Week Rising Star Award. Mr. Nguyen is a frequent media speaker and cyber security expert and has been featured on CSPAN, ISC2, WashingtonExec, Government Executive, Federal Computer Week, and Government Computer News. He received a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University. He also holds accreditations as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified in Governance and Enterprise IT (CGEIT). He serves on two working groups for the Communications Security, Reliability, and Interoperability Council in addition to the Internet Security Alliance Board of Directors. " # % " $ " # ! !
