Availability Services has taken a similar approach by developing a unified strategy for SDN/NVF and security, in conjunction with more established computing, storage infrastructure virtualization and orchestration capabilities. NXP Semiconductors The electronics industry is being driven by four key trends currently shaping our society: Energy Efficiency, Connected Devices, Security and Health. To meet the needs all these trends require, NXP designs and manufactures high-level mixed-signal processing innovations that enable secure connections for a smarter world and allow customers to differentiate their products in connected mobility, cyber security, Internet of Things, and portable and wearable technologies. NXP is constantly pushing the boundaries of technological capabilities in all areas of electronics; they protect privacy and ensure security in connected cars, mobile devices, home automation (including smart lighting, smart appliance integration, and smart grid infrastructure), help block even the most advanced cyber-attacks with sophisticated hardware and software solutions, provide intelligent communications for in and outside of automobiles, between car and driver, and vehicle to vehicle, and enable smart sensing and energy efficient processing and wireless device charging. NXP’s next generation of highly secure microcontrollers have a dominant role in supporting energy efficiency, connected device development and ecosystems, information security, and tele health. Seculert Seculert had a successful and informative showing at RSA. While I also saw many companies offering security products that included analytics or threat intelligence, many of those solutions, touted as “next-generation,” had limitations due to their appliance-based approach. Not a single platform offered automated integration in order to feed live actionable data into existing security solutions, confirming that Seculert’s SaaS-based model – unencumbered by hardware or software – is unique. In 2014, sophistication from perpetrators of cybercrime will continue to increase. Thus, it is so important for solutions like Seculert to provide customers with accurate actionable intelligence; eliminating the deluge created by false positives. Their platform, supported by their unparalleled malware expertise and unique data sets, allows enterprises to focus their resources on acting on the live threat data. Furthermore, their newly expanded R&D team has already begun to enhance their machine learning algorithms, Big Data analytics and other proprietary security technologies, which are all part of Seculert’s comprehensive Advanced Threat Protection Solution. CSG Invotas They say you never forget your first RSA, and that was certainly the case for CSG Invotas; RSA 2014 was a great success for them – in fact, leading up to the show, they launched Invotas, CSG’s exciting new enterprise security business. They also unveiled two new security products, " # % " $ " # ! !
