Adding a Security Detail

It is the middle of the night and a burglar is attempting to gain access to your office building.
Fortunately, you decided to hire a security detail to monitor the halls and entryways.

With the push of a button and a word or two over a radio handset, every member of your private
security team converges on the scene to apprehend any threat to your company and its assets.

Such a measure may seem excessive for some small businesses, but it really depends on how
likely of a target your business is to thieves and how expensive the assets are that you are
attempting to protect.

This is a form of cost analysis that an owner of a small business may need to take into
consideration to determine if their business needs warrant hiring security guards for on-site
monitoring purposes.

It is important to remember that people are capable of adding intelligent decisions to a small
business's security measures beyond what a machine can provide.
