Of course, no matter how a customer completes a transaction, as long as sensitive data remains in
the hands of businesses, cybercriminals will seek it out.

And insider threats are always a concern, especially in fields like retail with their high employee
turnover.

That's why businesses keen on preventing data breaches should also have systems to protect their
networks and endpoints that can provide complete visibility of network and endpoint conditions,
seeking out and verifying threats in real time and continuously monitoring critical information
systems.
